What we do.
Project Home Unity is a grassroots social support agency for members of the LGBTQI+ community and their family. We embrace the healing power of community, by supporting you to cultivate community connections and build resilience.
All our profits go towards funding community groups and projects, because we are determined to improve social outcomes for LGBTQI+ community members and those living with disability.

Find inclusive, affirming support services to build your capacity & achieve your goals! We offer NDIS Support Coordination as well as social welfare assistance.

Skills Development
Life Skills Development and Training, Training in Self-Management
Build your confidence and self-management skills with a dedicated skills trainer. Develop your skills in budgeting, organisation, cooking, studying, and more! We also help Self Managed NDIS participants understand and utilise their plan!
