Q&A Social is a social group for queer autistic adults. This group acknowledges the diverse range of experiences within the queer autistic community. You do not have to be diagnosed to attend. In this space, we encourage you to communicate however is accessible for you and stim freely! We aim to create an environment that is free from neurotypical social norms.
September Q&A will be a board game night! We have a selection of board games, but you are more than welcome to bring your own if you would like.
However, you are never obligated to participate in any of the activities. You can just exist in the space if you’d like! We also have reading materials and arts and crafts supplies that you can use. If you prefer to engage in these activities, you are more than welcome to.
The group will run with a max of 20 people and three facilitators. These facilitators will be Eddie (he/him) and El (they/them). Food and drinks will also be provided!
If you have any questions, feel free to email Eddie at programs@homeunity.com.au.
We are so excited to see you there!
Lots of love,
The Programs Team xoxo
