This workshop is open to anyone who attended any number of Pleasure-Ability workshops in the past (in 2024 or 2025!).

Pleasure-Ability is a 9 week container split into two volumes developed with the intention of uncovering your authentic relationship to pleasure and sexuality in the body you’re in, just as you are, because pleasure is your Birth Right. 

Volume 2 is a 5 week container to follow Volume 1, and aims to dive deeper into specific topics such as body confidence, identity politics and the politics of pleasure, kink and personal experience of sexuality and desire, how to build desire, how to communicate our needs and desires, eroticism and the erotic mind, masturbation and self pleasure, and how to uncover your fantasies and bring your full sexual self out from the shadows. 

Facilitated by somatic therapist and sex educator Taylor Neal, and hosted by Project Home Unity, this group journey is trauma informed, and developed through an intersectional, queer, decolonial and accessible lens for all bodies, genders and identities to sink into what sexuality and pleasure means to them

Week 1:

Week 1 is a return to the space and a settling back in for those of us that have previously joined some of Volume 1 (pre-requisite). We will recap the Vol. 1 content to refresh out brains and bring us back into the rhythm of our pleasure bodies, we’ll create fresh group agreements for how to be in the space together, and then we’ll dive into the Politics of Pleasure. How does your identity shape your relationship to Pleasure? How does intersectionality show up in pleasure practices and sexuality? How can we honour all of the intersections of our unique identities and bodies and work to critique the various systems of oppression that tell us who pleasure is for? How can we celebrate difference rather than ignore it? What does “wellness” look like to each of us? Group discussions and activities will follow this path of exploration, and we’ll end with a fun group crafting activity because we are who we are!!
