Project Home Unity is Sydney's first and only Queer-specific disability support work organisation.We are a grassroots organisation run by two disabled transgender folks. PHU has, to date, been entirely self-funded and was born out of a love for our community and a need for community care. 

We are frequently approached by queer and disabled folks who don't have the funds available to pay for the supports they need. We provide pro bono assistance where we can, but this is quickly becoming unsustainable due to the amount of requests we receive! 

That's where you come in- this funding allows the broader community to pay it forward and support our queer, disabled friends access the supports they need. This donation will allow us to work pro bono with clients to assist them in accessing the NDIS and with advocacy within the NDIS space to get them the ongoing funding they need.
